I don't need easy... I just need possible

So today Soul Surfer came out... the movie based on the true story of Bethany Hamilton... Anyhow, it was good. Not as good as I was expecting, but still good. AnnaSophia Robb did an amazing job playing Bethany... It's funny tho because in real life, Bethany is like 5'10 or something and AnnaSophia is I think 5'3ish. Don't remember their exact heights, but it's something like that. :) Wow, talk about going off on a rabbits trail... lol

Ok so back to the movie... since Bethany Hamilton is a Christian in real life, that's a lot of what this movie is about. Not that's it REALLY about that... but that was pretty much the whole underlying theme of it, ya know, what kept her going... her faith in Jesus. Which is cool and rare... when asked what gave her the courage to go on, she told a huge audience "I think my courage came from Jesus Christ, who says 'be strong in the Lord'" Score.

The one thing I was realllly glad about was that this wasn't all cheesy. Like I was picturing the shark scene to be this lame and totally fake looking thing bite off her arm... thankfully, it wasn't.

And I'm not gonna lie... I've never been a big fan of the water, but after watching this... I kinda want to try surfing. Am I crazy? Probably so... I think I would fail majorly at it. But I'd still like to try one day...

Sorry I don't have more to say about this... it's a good movie tho. So go see it for yourself! :)
This is a picture of the real Bethany Hamilton w/ AnnaSophia. ^

"I can't change it. That was God's plan for my life and I'm going to go with it."

"Courage doesn't mean you don't get scared. Courage means you don't let fear stop you."

So out of 5 stars? 3 1/2 or 4. :)

Have you seen it? If so what did you think?

Well it's late and I need sleep.... goodnight everyone.
